Listings on website is misleading. Not everything that is available to place in your cart and pay for is in stock. 18 September: I placed my order online, payment of $2000+ went through for a Hag Capisco chair and was only told after the fact that the stock won't be available until December. I requested a different colour in replacement which was also out of stock to which I was unhappy and just wanted a refund to shop elsewhere. Awful customer service. Items listed on their website are not actually in stock, then they don't update you when it's going to take 2 weeks to even start the shipping process. After 10 days, I followed up my order, to then get an email saying they had a backlog at the warehouse. I can't imagine they are so overrun with orders it takes 13 days (and counting) to send a monitor arm
Happy to take my money for stuff that is online....try calling and emailing days later with no reply until follow up emails sent. They say that stuff is not in stock and they try upsell me. Got my money back, so it's not a scam site, just terrible service with a phone number that doesn't work.
The Oyster Mouse is excellent. I regularly switch between using my left and right hand, and this mouse does it seamlessly, with the buttons easily swapping to suit. I had a small issue with my first one, but the team resolved it quickly and without any fuss. Well done — highly recommended.
