This place is the best. I was only in Clarksville for a few months and picked the closest CrossFit gym to go to and little did I know it would literally change my life. The people are SO kind and welcoming. The coaches…. so educated, encouraging and helpful. The programming by Cara… probably the biggest difference— extremely thought out and well designed. I only left because I had to move but I tell my husband I miss it every day. I could not recommend them more.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Ergon! It is usually the highlight of our day. Cara & Franc are fantastic owners who are so genuine. They get to know their clients so well. I’ve been a member for about a year and would stay at this gym for the rest of my life if I could. My wife has been a member for about a month and she loves it too.
