I had the pleasure of visiting and becoming a member of Ergo Pilates studio in San Marco. I can say without reservation that Ilene is the best Pilates instructor I have ever come across. After a few month of taking Ilene’s classes I was able to see a complete transformation in my body. Now I’m flexible and toned, have a strong core, and improved posture.
