Everything about this studio is amazing! The moment you walk in the door, you just feel calm. Ilene’s instruction is wonderful— not only do you learn what to do, you learn why and, if needed, how to modify for your body. Ilene wants you to listen to your body while engaging in understanding your body. I couldn’t recommend a better studio.

I started going to Ergo several years ago after a stiff painful golf weekend with some fraternity brothers. It has made a world a difference. Ilene customizes programs based on individuals needs and abilities. Her years of experience and masters in physical therapy, set her programs apart from the “big box” approach. She will even modify individual sessions based on my many current aches and pains. I do not look on Ergo as an expense, rather an investment in my future well-being.
Ilene is so wonderful! She is expertly trained in both physical therapy and Pilates instruction. The studio is beautiful, very clean and tranquil! She is very careful to teach good form so that you do not get injured. I highly recommend Ergo Body!!
