Our Ergeron gate project was an exceptionally frustrating headache. Ergeron begins the project with a video call where you show them what you want and they then send someone out to take measurements afterwards. They wanted to send someone out on a day I wasn’t going to be home and I asked for a different day but they insisted I didn’t need to be there and it wouldn’t be an issue. Our experience with Ergeon was extremely disappointing. If you're looking for a completely online experience, are comfortable navigating permits, locating property pins, interpreting HOA requirements, and managing every detail of a fence installation yourself, then Ergeon may work for you. If you're expecting guidance from an experienced fencing company, this is not that experience. Ergeon is not a local company, and throughout this process there was very little human interaction.
