First time visit, and so very impressed by efficiency and professionalism. Same day appointment for inspection. Car taken in immediately upon arrival. Efficient and rapid service. Premises organized and clean. Personnel welcoming, funny, and made an enjoyable visit. As a retired mech, I like this place and highly recommend it.
They normally do a pretty good job with my car, but when I called the lady that answered was incredibly rude. As well as this when I went in the lady was rude and snappy, and also incorrect on the information she was giving me. My whole time in there I felt like I was being talked down to, and the information she was trying to give me was incorrect.
I get my 2001 BMW inspected there. They do a great job.
Got right on the project.. I needed parts and they had them ordered within a day. Fast and friendly service. And affordable
