had an older MacBook suddenly turn black and wouldn't turn on despite trying all keyboard restart and recovery options. Sam was very transparent about what he thought the issue could be and the prices to fix those respective issues when I brought the computer in. The computer was fully repaired within 3 days with all data still intact (battery issue). I would trust this place with any future repairs!
