11 months and the pests are no better than if I were to treat it my self. At $79 a month it feels it isn't working. Usually, the service in the past was decent, but at the end of the day, is it improving? Not really. I specificallly requested to have indoors treated, but no one came to the door and were on their way before I could even read the text. Not impressed. Our laundry room has increased spiders along with the basement. Also the chimeny has wasp nests and apparently is too high to get to treat. Not impressed!

I’ve been with them for a year and a half, for mice. I’m still getting mice but they keep coming out to try to resolve the problem so I’m not sure what to think yet.
