Before giving my car. It was confirmed that it will be a 3 days turnover so I didn’t cause a fuss about a courtesy car. Once they had my car. It changed to different days which I had to call up. to give my car back. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable

Lovely friendly staff Lisa was great in helping me , I had my bumper stolen and my insurance company were telling me it was a total loss. I approached this repair centre and they reviewed my images instantly ( took my insurance 6 days) and was willing to provide a report to my insurance company for me, thankfully they woke up and decided they would fix it after all but I am very grateful of the time Lisa spent on my query.
Jamie the owner of Erdington Service Centre must be the worst mechanic ever. I went on Monday 20/05/2024 for a very simple rear brake pad change. I went back an hour later to find Jamie hitting my wheel nut key with a 4 pound hammer. He has totally destroyed my wheel nut key lock and the wheel stud itself. I have had to go to a responsible garage to repair Jamies very badly carrying out work and wheel nut had to be chiselled off because of the damage he caused.
