I’ve been a patient here for years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a major inconvenience. I scheduled an eye exam and waited nearly a month for the appointment, only to receive a call 24 hours beforehand informing me that my appointment needed to be moved due to scheduling conflicts. I was told I could either come in earlier or later that same day, or keep the same time but wait until the following week.
