Beware of this contractor. He is a liar and a thief. My dealings with ER Group have been thru a person named Israel. If you are already under contract then I strongly advise that you do not make any final payments until all contract items have been fully satisfied. Do not pay for an estimate. I was willing to pay because I needed several things done and didn’t have time to call different companies, and I needed the estimate in a week. I did not receive it. I did get an estimate from the roofers that he uses but not for the things I specifically asked for— kitchen and bath remodel and lighting. There are many other things I wanted to address but didn’t want to take his time, the kitchen and baths were major issues. No one else I’ve contacted has asked me to pay for an estimate. The best contractor we could find. He worked with what we had. Wonderful service. We had our bathroom remodeled and it looks fantastic. We thought we had a leak after it was all finished and they happily came by to check it out (it wasn't their fault but they still came to check it out). 10 out of 10 service. It was supposed to be a week job and got done in 3 days and done correctly.
Mr McCall has been a great resource when I have questions throughout our preparations to build our new home.
