Ercans was referred to us by a friend and it was the best thing that happened to us. Oz came by to look at our furnace that was red tagged and he recommended a replacement at a very good price and we decided to go ahead with it after getting two other quotes. What a good choice. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling.
The techs at ERCAN's have consistently delivered outstanding service for us. They have solved issues from other contractors, worked to sort out thorny issues, and tonight when our furnace was out, Oz talked us through some checks to get it back up and running! Cannot say enough good things about them. ERCAN'S will always be our first call for HVAC.
Long story short, they saved me thousands. Francis Home Environment told me my furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced ASAP. Ercan's sent someone for a second opinion. The guy from Ercan's assured me there was nothing wrong aside from a valve that was $500 to fix.. A year later, and the furnace is still fine. Very impressed with their honesty.
