After leaving a poor review, the owner contacted me the next day, was extremely apologetic, and took full ownership of the communication disconnect. We re-visited and discussed the details of our request for a fireplace screen, and within a couple of weeks, I received a dimensional drawing and quote. Drove 1-1/2 hours to Erb's with the intent of purchasing a fireplace screen for our open fireplace. Very busy Saturday and we waited 45 minutes to speak to the owner about a having a custom screen built patterned after one of their displays. We did not mind waiting in the store since there is a lot to look at and very nice products and presentation.
