We replaced a 35 year old gas fireplace insert with an up to date and efficient Mendota gas insert. Kyle was very knowledgable and helpful in helping Liz and I select our new insert. The installation went great, taking less than 4 hours and the insert looks as if the fireplace has been built around it. We use it in the morning, just to take the chill off of our living space, and some times in the evening for comfort and the ambiance it provides. Did what they said they would do - and more. Helped remove old unit - which became a bigger job than any of us thought.
We love our new grill! Kyle was great helping us work through a prior bad decision and suggesting our new Novo grill.
