I need to update my review. It was very disappointing leaving a bad review after messaging and calling several times. However I was happy to receive a direct response from the owner and he handled this diligently. I guess my messages were missed or overlooked, things happen. I am glad to be getting my fireplace fixed just in time for the winter months ahead. I will be back and thank you again Mr. Erb for assisting my problem. Lopi was no assistance. Bought my insert there last fall. Blower started squealing less than two months later. All and left messages several times. Called manufacture and NO RESPONSE. I passed several stores to get to yours. Will not be back! Horrible customer service. My Dad used you for years so I thought I would try
Several years ago we found this place because it was part of the Dutch Host inn package and have been buying sawdust compressed bricks ever since. When the have there sale on the bricks we drive 3 hours to buy 3 pallets to save about $100 a pallet from the cost locally. They gave away steak seasoning and now we buy a couple every time since my son and all his friends think it makes the best popcorn seasoning.
