A very less then mediocre establishment. The service is slow when you order delivery. Every time. I even had a guy once call me back after I ordered to make sure I knew the gluten free policy (which I did) and he told me they were super slow so they could get out early to us (he said 10 minutes). They showed up 35 minutes later. When our sandwiches were delivered, they smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, it was such a turn off. How rude! Lastly, I have to eat gluten free. It's not a choice. Excellent food and great service. I love their sandwiches and the owner is really nice. My friend and I ordered our sandwiches for here and they accidentally put my sandwich on her plate with her soup and her sandwich on my plate with my soup. We didn't realize it until she bit into my sandwich. Simple mix up no big deal. When we brought it to the attention of the owner he apologized for the mistake, got us new sandwiches, AND gave us two coupons for $10 off our next meal. First of all,really tasty. However the service is really bad.Who ever takes your order on the phone allways sounds like they had a death in the family,it is not that hard to sound friendly. I ordered 3 combo meals,it takes them 45 min to bring them, (kind of insane).Then when they brought my food they forgot the drinks and chips,no big deal except it took them allmost an hour to bring them to me and the guy on phone barely said sorry when I asked if I could cancel the order for my drinks and chips (half hour into the wait). ... read more
love going to this location the poeple are generally great and the food is awesome will continue to go there
I am a vegetarian and it is hard to find tasty option for food. I love the sub's available at E&G. My husband, who is not a vegetarian, loves their subs and I HAVE to get him one whenever I go. They have crazy fast delivery and have seen them cater great events. You can't go wrong with E&G.
