They build very nice houses, but prospective buyers should know that the responsiveness and attention to issues that they promise between closing and the one-year inspection is not what they deliver.
ERB is chopping down two extraordinary and crucial mature maple trees to build an expensive monstrosity in our neighborhood. Their reckless disregard for our precious ecology is stunning. I really hope whoever reads this will think twice before working with ERB. Thanks to them, our children will grow up in a world where fewer trees are producing less oxygen. Sad and disgusting.
We had a wonderful experience building our new house with ERB. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and kind. ERB was very accommodating while we were picking out finishes, and they were willing to incorporate some specific customizations that we requested.
