Josh gets this perfect score for quality and workmanship. We needed our first-floor textured ceilings "converted" to a smooth surface. The textured look is tired. The job was difficult because 2/4 ceilings are vaulted. Josh sanded, repaired problems with the original taping, repaired surface defects and made the ceilings perfectly smooth (and I mean smooth !). From the very first conversation with Josh, we felt confident that he was our guy!! We had been disappointed with so many contractors who either didn't show up, or did show up and performed terrible work. Josh showed up when he said that he would, and performed the job that he promised. He and Kate are a tribute to their profession. Josh repaired the stucco on our 100yr old house. He identified problem areas as well as fixing all cracks and erosion. He removed all downspouts and shutters to access entire exterior. Josh then painted all exterior walls as well as doors and trim. Josh was tidy and efficient and was on the job site every day until the work was complete, even on the bad weather days. We highly recommend Erb Paint & Stucco; Mr. Erb completed foundation repair and stucco painting on our bungalow in August 2024. Mr. Erb is highly professional; he answered emails within a day, his quotes were accurate with no surprises, he had a formal contract and was punctual (he communicated when he would be arriving and what the job would entail at every step).
