I’ve had my appointments changed constantly by the Dover location, and have had to reschedule 2 separate appointments due to the snow blocking me in and then me giving birth. The practice is removing me as a patient due to “consistently missing appointments” which 5 of those have been the fault of the practice calling me day of or not at all to reschedule my appointments. This is a critique of the office operation and not the physician. I've been satisfied with his service. The office called me recently to ask me if I could reschedule my appointment. I said of course, no problem. Today I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and signed the registration sheet. I sat in the waiting room, as I usually do, and waited for them to call me.
