Dr. Rosenberg, was kind and attentive. He did a fantastic job when it came to surgery for my son who was 18 months old at the time. He had his last follow up appointment a few days ago and Dr. Rosenberg did a great job of explaining everything and requested that I call his practice if I had further questions or concerns. The receptionist Hailey and other staff were kind as well and always helpful. Doctor did not show up at scheduled appointment time! Horrible customer service by office staff; poor communication between staff, the Norton group and the patient’s family. Extremely unprofessional! No attempts to correct the situation and do what is best for the patient.
Very very satisfied! He did so well with my 9 month old son and explained everything so well. Was very patient and made me feel so much better about our situation. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg!
