Terrible service with no respect for your time. Quality is nonexistent!
Eraland’s Pools did a wonderful job with our new pool. They are very professional, punctual, and detail oriented. I would recommend them to anyone considering building a pool.
Showed up to clean my pool and pool was cloudy more after service. Showed up second day to finish still not clear. Supposed to get filter acid wash, looks like it was sprayed at a car wash took them 30 minutes to clean filter unheard of . Owner say wait until next day waited over 16 hours pool Still cloudy. Ask for owner to come check . No refund no call or text back. Had to hire another company to clean. Right away the chemical levels were low. Guess technian forgot to add proper chemicals or at least be professional enough... read more
Can't recommend Eraland's Pools and Construction enough! They went above and beyond and was by for the most responsive contractor I've had here in the El Paso area. Eraland not only remodeled my pool, spa, and replaced my pool equipment, but also rebuilt a 100ft by 16ft rock retaining wall. Always on time, excellent quality, and best price around.
