I purchased two dresses from their website for over $500 each. They were only 20% off, yet apparently that was enough for them to consider the items final sale. Unfortunately, one of the dresses doesn’t fit. I wasn’t even asking for a refund—I simply asked to exchange it or receive a store credit so I could purchase something else from them. You can see that there are a lot of comments here about not feeling welcome in this store. That the associates and owner (Julie) are rude and unwelcoming. Absolutely without a doubt agree. Went into this store with my niece and little girl. I love designer fashion (unfortunately there is not much selection in Saskatoon and this store does not solve that problem).
