The company mishandled my property for more than 8 years. I don't even know why I didn't change the property management company but had to have my mortgage paid. It was like pulling teeth to be on same page. They let my property go into dirt. I just changed to century 21 a few months ago and they sold my property with no issues. Stay away from Ranellee at Era sarver real estate company. Bunch of crooks
This is the most unresponsive, "property management" (LOL) company I have ever dealt with. Jennifer Brown, they are not taking care of your house. They are not returning calls or updating on on the hurricane roof repairs... the ceiling is now caving in (The damage is MUCH more extensive than the pic shows) and... the A/C has been out for nine days now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Look to militarybyowner.com .
