The woman who cut my hair, Kathy, did not listen and cut my hair 3 inches shorter than I asked. I told her I was going to a hot climate where my hair would frizzle and become shorter. I told her I like hair on my cheeks. She nodded and ignored this. She charged $55 and did not shampoo.
