Stay away from using this company for a real estate transaction. They were negligent in their responsibilities, unprofessional, untruthful, uncommunicative and not knowledgeable of the area. Cherise, our agent, undervalued our property according to other real estate agents. She was negligent in her responsibilities throughout the process. We recently stayed at Starry Nights. The cabin is Very outdated. The bedrooms are disguising. The carpet had stains all over it and there was dust and cob webs everywhere. The place definitely needs a good cleaning. Some of the dishes were dirty. The bathrooms had mold in the shower and the walls had stains on them. Very disappointed. We will never stay there again.
