Made the whole experience of having someone in your home pleasant. Was very weary at first, but so glad I decided to take this route with them. Gisell was professional, but made me feel comfortable at the same time. Will definitely recommend in the future!
I recently used Era Health & Wellness aftercare for a surgery I underwent. I can not say enough good things about this service. Setting it up was very simple. Kitura was so helpful and easy to deal with. There was many moving parts to the surgery and she was there with me every step of the way making sure that everything was covered. After surgery I needed nursing care around the clock, and ERA Health & Wellness provided my care; I had multiple nurses in a 36 hour period, and all of them were wonderful - both caring and competent. In addition to taking care of all of my needs, they also kept me company and it was like having friends (who happen to be nurses) taking care of me! I highly recommend them!
