Great experience from start to finish. The reception team is incredibly friendly, and the clinic has wonderful, positive vibes. Both the doctor and the nurse were exceptionally friendly and professional. The entire facility is also very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Dr. Anh Nguyen. She is very kind, friendly, and speaks Vietnamese, which made the consultation very comfortable for me. The clinic is conveniently located in the CBD. I had a general consultation and teeth cleaning, and everything was great. The treatment was gentle and painless. Dr. Anh also kindly assisted me with my insurance, which I really appreciated. As a new patient, I also received a small gift with a Colgate toothbrush and toothpaste. Highly recommend Dr. Anh Nguyen and the clinic 😀
The doctor and the nurse were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their support and professionalism. However, the middle-aged woman at reception was quite rude. Unfortunately, her attitude and the way she spoke to me were not pleasant at all.
Had an appointment with Sarah Leech for a physiotherapy session and she was super friendly and helpful! The staff at the reception were kind and patient too
