I made a booking that I confirmed on the 24th of March, where the company took a $50 deposit. I received email and SMS booking confirmations, as well as a scheduled date via HotDoc. Later that week, I rescheduled the booking for the 31st. After making this change, however, I did not receive any booking confirmation emails, SMS, or HotDoc notifications.
