Dr Sebastian is just a wonderful GP - cares about her patients
Booked an appointment to specifically see a podiatrist and whoever answered the phone booked me to see a doctor, wasted 2 hours of my time and money to get there. No podiatrist on site on that day. He didn’t even bother to apologise. Now I’m heading on holidays with an ingrown toenail 🤦♀️. update Hasan has called to apologise and offered to assist me, he was very apologetic and genuinely sorry 😊
Era health is very welcoming, the staff, nurses and doctors are very freindly and makes you feel comfortable. I went in for a medical check up and was treated respectfully. Highly recommend Era health services.
My experience with Dr. Sachi that day was not very pleasant. The X-ray process had issues and took a long time to complete. The assistant didn’t seem very professional, and it felt like there was some sort of teaching going on during the consultation. The overall treatment felt rough and a bit aggressive, which made the dental visit even more uncomfortable.
