Jim R listed my condo for sale. It had been completely remodeled. I had left a 5 piece wood bedroom set in it so the buyers could make an offer on it or I would take it to consignment. My agent knew this and had told the buyers agent this. He didn't follow through! The buyers never made an offer and he said they decided just to keep it. I am out not getting it sold. Jill Doss is very attentive and got the job done professionally and timely.
It’s been a week and the realtor has yet to recoup our escrow money. Haven’t gotten a straight answer about it either. Hopefully the realtor will eventually do the ethical thing and send the needed paperwork to the title company before 2023 is over.
