Poor communication skills. Lacked the ability to get back on basic questions within a decent time frame.
If they think you are going to rent, they're right on top of things, once you move in, be prepared to age a few years to be recognized or respected. When you need something done, don't hold your breathe. People are nice but not too responsive.
The Rawlins office is not very friendly. Calls are not returned in a timely manner. In our case work needed to our rental was either not done, took a long time to get approved or we were given an excuse as to why it did not need to be done.
I'm so glad that other companies in this town wouldn't return my call! I called ERA and Andrea has been beyond helpful, going above and beyond for us!!!! Awesome communication!!!!
Andrea is great to work with very Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and compassionate to my needs, understanding it's not easy to sell a home, she is making it a great experience. I highly recommend Andrea and staff for all of your home selling or buying needs. Respectfully, Cheryl Rains
