I wish I had listened to the advice of others and not chosen this company to rent with. On my move in day, I went to pick up the keys to my new rental and the man working there had no idea I was coming and made no attempt to help me other than shoving a post it note with a phone number at me saying I should call someone else. When that didn't work he led me to the area where they keep everyone's keys and had me look through all of them to find my house number.
