I've had my ring for nearly 2 years, and I freaking love it. I'm always staring at how gorgeous it is. It's unique yet not overstated. Elegant and classy. Perfect for me. I once visited the store to have it cleaned and they were very kind and gracious. :)
Era design custom made my dream engagement ring. I wanted something that had the same pattern on the band as my grandmothers wedding ring that I wear on special occasions. They took their time to design the perfect ring, with the most beautiful emerald cut diamond. They did such a great job, I get so many compliments on the craftsmanship & detail of my ring.
My wife’s dream wedding ring was an old design they discontinued. Thankfully they still make their old designs on order. The process was very good with good information and pictures for choosing the specific stone. They also did me a huge solid by having the ring made faster after letting them know I was in an emergency situation. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. A beautiful engagement ring but after 1 year and 2 months of owning this ring, the setting wore down extensively and my gemstone fell out. Not very impressed with the quality. This ring was supposed to last a lifetime but instead, lasted 14 months.
