Regular of this mechanic shop for about a year, bringing my car for routine maintenance (oil change, brakes, etc.) and repairs. Reasons why i have been a returning customer: - The owner (Bertin) is a nice guy, treats customers well, and responsive. - Reasonable and honest upfront pricing - Great service. I strongly recommend this place to those who are looking for a great mechanic shop for their car maintenance and repair needs.

ERA is the best automotive repair shop in Spring Branch—and possibly all of Houston. The owner, Bertin, is extremely honest about pricing and everything else. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and delivers top-quality work at very reasonable prices. His team is also skilled, professional, and courteous. I truly appreciate all the work they do!
