I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store. While walking through the mall, I was offered a free soap sample and was told a quick hand scrub demonstration would take only 30 seconds. Once inside, I was repeatedly presented with different packages and discounts after each time I declined. Despite saying no multiple times, the sales pressure continued. I had a great experience at this establishment! customer service was great, i felt so welcomed. the girl at the front, Julieanne, i think her name was, was extremely knowledgeable on all the products i had inquired about, and the facial i received was impeccable. service was 10/10, customer service was 10/10, i will definitely be coming back for another facial and recommend you do as well! my skin feels fabulous and refreshed!
