I had such a wonderful experience with Helina at ERA Ageless. I walked into the store while on my way to Sephora, simply curious about the products, and left with five soap bars, two body scrubs, a hand lotion, and a facial booked! Helina was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I liked, quickly noticing that I gravitated towards citrus scents. My aesthetician was really amazing and I want to give her 5/5 stars. I was very interested in buying some products for there but I had to be on my way to another appointment. The only reason why I didn’t buy anything was because the cash ladies were incredibly pushy about upselling products. I want to go for a facial again but I don’t want to deal with upselling.

I had an excellent experience at Era Ageless thanks to Sienna's assistance! She educated me on their soaps, body care, and facial packages. I entered the store looking for a simple birthday present for my mother and ended up purchasing what my mother described as the best birthday gift she's ever received. I got her a set of 4 facials and a product that Sienna was kind enough to help me choose by going through various options with me. I highly recommend visiting Era!
Helina explained everything so clearly and helped us feel confident that we were buying really great products. Also, the packaging is super cute! I absolutely love them 💕
