I lived here for 2 years beginning in August, 2024, ending in July 2026, and I was the first person to live in my first floor S1-1 unit. I have to say that I had almost no complaints and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Era!! Walking to class at UNT was easier than ever, with the center of campus being only a 10 minute walk. The BEST apartment with the best move in process and the best people. I recommend on a daily basis!!! The apartment was spotless moving in and help was always around the corner:) One year later and we just moved out of Era. We are so sad to leave this wonderful apartment. Kenna has been our agent and was so great. The whole staff was so attentive and always willing to help. Era is the perfect college apartment!
What a beautiful property this is in Denton. So close to I35 and the UNT Campus. This property looks like an expensive hotel. I recommend checking them out.
Nicole, Kenna, and Bella were a huge help throughout the entire leasing process. Even though it took about a week to get everything finalized, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Their professionalism made the experience much less stressful, and I can’t wait to move in! One of the ladies at the desk…needs a raise for her ENERGY alone. She literally made my day and I dont even live there I was delivering packages. Sometimes a kind gesture can give a person a lot more to live for.
