Wonderful place! Very safe, clean, and very helpful staff! I very much enjoyed my time at Era.
My family and I LOVE Era apartments, amenities are great, everything is always clean and smelling good and the staff is so nice! I love that they created a relationship with me since day one and ever since I moved here and I have a concern they already know who I am and my info. Sometimes I just stop by the lobby because they feel like family.
Great experience. Kenna Knapp was wonderful. She answered all my questions.
They won’t honor their promotional offers. I was told that they are doing the 2 months off as a promotion offer. But they cleverly didn’t mention it in my lease agreement and now they are refusing to give me 2 months rent off. I won’t trust them at all.
