I had a great experience at this ultrasound clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic was clean and well-organized. The sonographer was kind, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality and caring service.
LOVED my anatomy scan ultrasound experience here with Saghar!! The clinic was so accommodating, Saghar was so kind and generous with her time during the scan, I felt so comfortable and comforted throughout the scan, you can tell Saghar cares about her patients. Not even one star suitable for this venue , very unorganized and unprofessional reception and staff , our appointment was 12 pm , we came 11.55am , Helath card and my medical request form was taken, ask to sit down . Almost 2 hours waited , chaos our documents was misplaced even 2 staff confused where they kept the documents. We are still inside with this cluelessness
"Terrible experience at this clinic! We had a 12pm X-ray appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. The front desk lady took our request form and OHIP card, told us to wait, and... nothing. No updates, no apologies. Two hours later, we inquired about the status, only to find out our paperwork was misplaced! The lady who took it had apparently lost it. Avoid this clinic if you value your time. Not only did they waste our time, but their disorganization was embarrassing. 👎"

The ultrasound tech (I didn’t catch her name) was one of the best I’ve ever had—friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this place!”
