Erin is phenomenal!! She put me right at ease as soon as I walked in. She talked me through everything she was doing, and provided advice based on her experience. Very clean facility. This was my first time at ER Wax bar. Erin was fabulous! She made me feel comfortable during my wax. She also answered every question that I had. I would recommend her to anyone!
