ER Vet NOLA made our emergency vet visit as pleasant/fun as it could be and Dr. C was informative and generous with his time and attention. Our next ER visit will be made with ER Vet NOLA.
Our experience with Dr. Christian Charlton and staff was more than wonderful. My family and I, and our two chihuahuas evacuated from Florida to New Orleans because of hurricane Irma. Our 11 year old chihuahua Bonnie couldn't handle the stress of our drive and unfamiliar territory and collapsed during her morning walk. I've used Prytania Vet Emergency twice now and both experiences have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Charlton (and the rest of the staff) have been extremely kind and reassuring during my visits. What impressed me the most is how every single concern or question I had was addressed completely. They've also followed up with me to make sure that my dog was improving after the visit. They are my go-to emergency vet.
Dr. Charlton is fantastic. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me and discuss options. He was great with my dog, giving her attention and getting her used to him. I was seem very quickly and everyone was helpful and nice.
This is the best vet office experience I've ever had. They got my baby in good health when I thought he wasn't going to make it. Dr. Charlton worked with me and Scooter to find the best options for his health and mine! You can tell they genuinely care about you and your pet and will do everything they can to help. I am so thankful that I ended up here with scooter. I know he and I are in good hands. This emergency vet hospital is a godsend.
