I had a very frustrating experience with your safety flaggers. Their behavior was both unprofessional and concerning from a safety standpoint. One flagger instructed me to proceed, but another became aggressive and reprimanded me for doing exactly that, saying I should have only listened to him. This kind of conflicting direction creates confusion and poses a serious safety risk. Please ensure that, in the future, you have staff on-site who understand their roles and can provide consistent, professional guidance.
Back in December a traffic barrel that was not properly secured to its base flew right out in front of me i had no time to stop or swerve to miss it. Damage was done to my car. The insurance manager for er snell andy was absolutely amazing its been a long process however they just sent me what I need to get the damages fixed I greatly appreciate you andy and er snell for getting this handled as quickly as possible yall are awesome
