Had a very good experience with Brandon and his crew! He was very knowledgeable and professional! Had my pool cleaned out and operational in less than two days from hurricane Milton making a mess of it! Even being overwhelmed with everything going on they still made time to get the work done! Definitely recommend ER Pools! The owner Eddie is also really nice!
If you are looking for a company that is run by good and genuine people, then I would highly recommend working with ER Pools. I live all the way in Nevada, but I had made a tiktok video about an issue I was having with my pool equipment. Eddie, the owner, DM'd me and then proceeded to get on the phone with me and walk me thru the programming process. A blessing to me, because the manuals were pretty difficult to understand. We are very satisfied with the service we get from ER POOLS. Edwin Cano does a great job each week taking care of our pool needs. He is thorough, works very hard, and makes sure our pool is sparking clean. If you are looking for pool service, we recommend ER POOLS. They're the BEST!
The staff and owner at ER pools are very quick on responding to care of my home downtown when things seemed to be at the worst Eddie and staff where here after the Ian storm ! Drained and cleaned my pool got my family back up running ! I read a few of the negative reviews and I wouldn't agree with it, I have nothing but praise for Er pools !
Have been using Eddie for years now, best service around. Always responsive and has my pool looking crystal clear!
