The front desk staff member was so polite and personable. The nurse was kind and very quick. The doctor was also very kind and thorough with my examination. It also helped that they were experienced in scuba diving which was related to my problem. Service was quick and I appreciated all of the staff members for their care. I've never had a good experience at other urgent care facilities, but this one I would definitely recommend!
Was seen very promptly and the doctor came in to my room within minutes. Nurse Travis took fantastic care of me and ensured I was informed and comfortable during my treatment. I would recommend this ER facility over going to a large hospital
We visited ER of Watauga for abdominal pain and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly kind, and we were seen promptly. They quickly performed a CT scan, ultrasound, and blood work to get to the root of the issue. The doctors were not only thorough but also had outstanding bedside manner, making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. I highly recommend ER of Watauga for anyone in need of quality, compassionate emergency care.
These people were great!! From checkout, to the nurse, down to the doctor! Super compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable! The doctor and nurse were so great at going over all the information with me and double-checking everything which was all super important to me since I am pregnant! I definitely recommend them! You don’t find this kind of genuine quality care often anymore, sadly!
This is the best urgent care in the area! I had a cut that needed stitches was in and out in an hour. They don’t collect a co-pay, they simply bill your insurance and take what the ins pays them and that’s that. The staff from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor we’re very friendly, kind, and compassionate. Highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.
