Such an awesome experience! In and out quickly, no ridiculous wait times, excellent care, great bedside manner from Dr. Latham and the whole staff were very kind and happy. Highly recommended.
The front desk staff member was so polite and personable. The nurse was kind and very quick. The doctor was also very kind and thorough with my examination. It also helped that they were experienced in scuba diving which was related to my problem. Service was quick and I appreciated all of the staff members for their care. I've never had a good experience at other urgent care facilities, but this one I would definitely recommend!
100% if I have an emergency going back here. We were treated with so much care here, the staff was so thorough in their evaluation and made 100% sure we were okay. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. This is the best care I’ve ever received and if I ever have an emergency, I will come here first without a thought.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at an ER. Normally, I go to the location on Alliance and it’s amazing. But, I went here instead and was met with one of the most unprofessional, condescending and confrontational doctors I’ve ever experienced. The doctor working (not sure name, he was from India) immediately started attacking me when I said anything and continued to be aggressive and dismissive the entire time with absolutely zero sympathy. We were unfortunately in an accident this evening. But we were taken wonderful care of the entire family. We will be absolutely be back, hopefully no time soon. Thank you everyone that helped!!! I pray that you all are blessed in every way!!
