The front desk staff member was so polite and personable. The nurse was kind and very quick. The doctor was also very kind and thorough with my examination. It also helped that they were experienced in scuba diving which was related to my problem. Service was quick and I appreciated all of the staff members for their care. I've never had a good experience at other urgent care facilities, but this one I would definitely recommend!
Doctor and nurses were great. Such a great experience. They knew what they were doing & explained everything really well. They do not charge you up front if you have health insurance. They will send the bill to the insurance and what ever the insurance doesn’t cover, you’ll get the bill.
This is the best urgent care in the area! I had a cut that needed stitches was in and out in an hour. They don’t collect a co-pay, they simply bill your insurance and take what the ins pays them and that’s that. The staff from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor we’re very friendly, kind, and compassionate. Highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.
For the past two years, I’ve been in and out of hospitals, doctors’ offices, and emergency rooms, and this is the only place where I’ve truly felt respected.
