Got me once! We had a relatively minor issue. The amount they billed insurance was outrageous for what was done. I specifically opted out of sharing my info, but within a week was pummeled with phone calls and texts for medical solicitations. For urgent care needs, I would have been better off at a hospital.
We had a great experience in the doctors, took care of us on level 10.
My family and I have been a patient multiple times and have had an exceptional experience every single time! We were taken to the patient room before even finishing the check-in paperwork, immediately seen by a nurse then followed immediately by a doctor. No waiting time and five star service for us! We are a patient for life!
I'm recovering from Colon Cancer. I had to make an emergency stop because of complications from my recovery. 2 feet from the front door is the public restrooms. I came in an proceeded to the restroom before I had an accident. I was told if I don't have an appointment I am not allowed to use there bathroom. I said FR? Worse place I ever visited .. wrong diagnosis and totally surprising bills., stay away from this place if you don’t want to loose your health and wealth.. All of the 5 star reviews are fake.. read through all the 1 star review for real patient experiences..
