My son had to visit the ER last night, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the care we received was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. I really enjoy going to the ER of Mesquite, they really answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. Communication was great with great understanding. Dr. Talal really answer my questions and broke everything down to me to where I could understand about my health. RN Ayo did a wonderful job. Front Muhammad was very helpful overall, did a wonderful and amazing job

The staff here is amazing! I visited the location after being involved in a car wreck and everyone moved quickly but with care to ensure my health was top priority! I would like to thank Zarrar who made my check in process smooth, Dr Cardenas would took his time and address all of my concerns he was excellent, Candice F who was very kind and sweet I’m not a fan of needles and she made that process smooth sailing, lastly the lady who performed my CT scan and X-ray she was a 10/10 especially with my anxiety and being enclosed ... read more

I had an excellent experience at the ER of Mesquite. The entire staff was super friendly, kind, and welcoming—especially the night crew and early morning crew. I want to give special recognition to the nurses, who truly went above and beyond. They were compassionate, attentive, and patient, always making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Visiting the emergency room is always stressful, but the team at ER of Mesquite made it a seamless experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the doctors and nurses were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything to me. The facility was clean and well-organized. Thank you for the excellent care!
