I went in this morning because I crushed my index finger in my car door and was in so much pain. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so cared for and comfortable. The front desk nurse, Mohammed, was so kind and attentive — he even offered me water and made me feel at ease right away. Nurse Weldon was absolutely amazing! He was funny, caring, and made me smile even through the pain. The radiology staff was also very gentle and professional, making me feel safe during my X-ray. I would like to thank the staff of the ER of Mesquite. Last night was my first time there. I read their reviews and so I decided to go at 1am. The reviews are very much real. They are very nice and very caring. I want to thank the doctor for asking great questions and pinpoint why I was sick. The staff were amazing. If I get sick again, I will be coming back to them. I will tell my friends and family about them. They are awesome. Please go if you need them. Thank you for your extreme kindness and service. Brian 😁

I’m just now leaving the ER of Mesquite. They asked me to do a survey. I could touch on a couple of things, but I’ll just touch on the doctor was really nice but I think he needs to slow down. I have a minute to make sure that he’s looking in the ears a little better but other than that he was awesome. The x-ray technician was lovely. He’s funny the person that does the paperwork in the front the receptionist he was great the nurse in the back. I took my dad to this ER because of the great reviews, and they were right. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Zarrar, was super respectful and took the time to explain the insurance breakdown clearly, answering all my billing questions without hesitation. We were taken in within 5 minutes, which helped a lot. Dr. Cardenas was very caring and showed that we truly mattered, coming in right after we were taken back to ensure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly.
