I went in this morning because I crushed my index finger in my car door and was in so much pain. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so cared for and comfortable. The front desk nurse, Mohammed, was so kind and attentive — he even offered me water and made me feel at ease right away. Nurse Weldon was absolutely amazing! He was funny, caring, and made me smile even through the pain. The radiology staff was also very gentle and professional, making me feel safe during my X-ray. The service was fast and staff was great! Dr. Cardenas was kind and his bedside manner was wonderful. Bishop was a good nurse and even though he gave me 4 shots (lol) he did so gently!!! I would definitely return.
We received great service and we had no wait time. Front desk was friendly. Dr and nurse had great bedside manners. Xray tech was nice.. Dr. Explained treatment to where I understood. If emergency arises again. We will return. Thanks for great service.
Great service and fast care from the front desk gentleman do the back Drs. and staff! Place was really clean as well!
One of my favorite ER! Each time we do need to come which isn’t often, it’s always the best service and everyone is so nice and supportive and making sure every question is answered and leave with a smile. I’ve been going here for the last three years
