I’m just now leaving the ER of Mesquite. They asked me to do a survey. I could touch on a couple of things, but I’ll just touch on the doctor was really nice but I think he needs to slow down. I have a minute to make sure that he’s looking in the ears a little better but other than that he was awesome. The x-ray technician was lovely. He’s funny the person that does the paperwork in the front the receptionist he was great the nurse in the back. We came here after waiting over for hours down the street. We came in and we went into a room under 5 minutes. He was sutured up in under 30 minutes. The nurse and Dr were super sweet. My son who is 13 said they’re very nice here compared to where we were just at. Save your time and come here you will not regret it! Thank you for being so sweet to my son!

I came into the ER after having a little panic and as soon as we got there it was very quick and easy to get admitted in. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I came in around 9:30pm so it was quite a few patients and small staff but they were still able to accommodate to my needs. They were apologetic for the wait time and really took their time to make sure I was doing okay. The nurse that I had was so sweet and kind as well as my Doctor he was very nice and caring! I took my dad to this ER because of the great reviews, and they were right. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Zarrar, was super respectful and took the time to explain the insurance breakdown clearly, answering all my billing questions without hesitation. We were taken in within 5 minutes, which helped a lot. Dr. Cardenas was very caring and showed that we truly mattered, coming in right after we were taken back to ensure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly.
