My son had to visit the ER last night, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the care we received was exceptional. I had a great experience during my medical visit. The facility was nice, clean, and very welcoming. Hammad provided exceptional customer service and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The nurses, doctors, and X-ray technician were all professional, caring, and attentive. Everyone had a great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this team for their outstanding care and excellent service.

I had a very positive experience at the ER of Mesquite. Dr. Cardenas took the time to listen to my concerns, took my symptoms seriously, and ordered the appropriate tests instead of dismissing what I was feeling. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the importance of following up with my primary care doctor. I had a great experience at ER of Mesquite. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Talal was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Alfonso Cardenas and his staff. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, especially Barbar, was welcoming, professional, and kind.
