I had an exceptional experience at the ER of Mesquite Hospital thanks to Dr. Cardenas and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, urgency, and professionalism. Dr. Cardenas was incredibly attentive, thorough in his evaluation, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my concerns. I had a recent visit to the ER at Mesquite Hospital and was genuinely impressed by the care I received. Dr. Cardenas was outstanding—professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I came into the ER after having a little panic and as soon as we got there it was very quick and easy to get admitted in. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I came in around 9:30pm so it was quite a few patients and small staff but they were still able to accommodate to my needs. They were apologetic for the wait time and really took their time to make sure I was doing okay. The nurse that I had was so sweet and kind as well as my Doctor he was very nice and caring! Would give 10 stars if I could. Service and care here was amazing from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely kind and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. She even laughed while she was getting stitches! Highly recommend coming here if you find yourself in need of an ER.
