I went in this morning because I crushed my index finger in my car door and was in so much pain. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so cared for and comfortable. The front desk nurse, Mohammed, was so kind and attentive — he even offered me water and made me feel at ease right away. Nurse Weldon was absolutely amazing! I had an excellent experience at the ER of Mesquite. The entire staff was super friendly, kind, and welcoming—especially the night crew and early morning crew. I want to give special recognition to the nurses, who truly went above and beyond. They were compassionate, attentive, and patient, always making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I will never go back to this ER again in my lifetime. Customer service was completely horrible. They let me walk out of the ER with a 152/97 blood pressure. The IV bag was totally empty for about 15 minutes after I received treatment. I had to bring it to their attention that it was empty. Those nurses do not deserve their paychecks.

I had to take a trip to this ER and if I had to go back to a hospital it would be this one (hopefully I do not). The facility is very clean and quiet. The staff is very understanding and nice. Nurse Bishop was my nurse and he was absolutely amazing..so amazing he deserves recognition and thats why I am writing this review. This is a highly recommended location.
