Scott and Jessica are big help every time i come here and they are very sweet
They all are really nice and help with anything and especially Scott and Jessica cause they are really sweet and help a lot
This was my first visit at the ER of Lufkin. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! From the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smiling face and a person eager to help. I was in the waiting room less than 5 min before being brought to the back. As soon as I was brought back to the room the nurse was right behind me. 10 min I was having an x-ray done. Received excellent care at this ER! I wasn’t feeling very well, they had me in a room within 10 minutes, labs drawn and results back within 30 minutes, gave me an iv with antibiotics, and got me back out the door in just a few hours feeling much much better. Dr Downing was excellent, Scott, Jessica, and Jennifer were very kind and compassionate, they knew exactly what to do to get me feeling better. I highly recommend stopping here if you need an ER.
After bring denied an appointment at my Dr office I came to ER Lufkin. This was the best choice I could have made. Jenna, Pete and Dr. Riggins were so patient, considerate and compassionate. I can't thank them enough.
