We were seen very fast! Great care by all their staff here. Jenna, Pete, and Ida’c were amazing! I brought my son and they were very gentle with him.
I had a great experience at ER of Lufkin. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and professional. Registration with Ida’C was quick and welcoming. My nurse, Jenna, was absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and truly compassionate. She made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way. Pete was also wonderful — professional, efficient, and reassuring during my visit. Thank you all for going above and beyond!

I haven’t actually been here, but I had to speak with someone over the phone to find out if my insurance was accepted & id just like to say the person who answered the phone, Gabe, went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me! If I need emergency services I know where I’m going based on that alone.
