Can't thank you enough for getting my ute right again as busy as you guy's are.
Extremely helpful, went above and beyond in helping to get back on the road with prompt towing service and repair. When tires weren't available locally, they let us borrow their work Ute to pick them up from Bowen. Back on the road the same day. Never experienced any mechanic service this kind and helpful.

Good service, friendly staff
Had an accident just outside of town on my way to work, called this company to tow, was charged higher then quoted. Once the car arrived to my address they proceeded to put a mango tree branch through the windscreen which had zero damage. Called the office to complain and was told I didn't tell the operator the branch would hit the car (which we did but were ignored). They had 2 people on this job but it was my responsibility to operate the winch apparently. If I could give a negative rating I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
