I wish I could put minus five stars. They are monopoly of campus laundry. Although their price is high and quality is so bad, you have only choice. Their customer service is so bad (I see one employee review that the person left because she could not lie to customers as the service quality was so bad) what happened to me: 1) in 2017, my daughter asked to dry clean one expensive dress, they damaged completely and she complained.
