I wish I could put minus five stars. They are monopoly of campus laundry. Although their price is high and quality is so bad, you have only choice. Their customer service is so bad (I see one employee review that the person left because she could not lie to customers as the service quality was so bad) what happened to me: 1) in 2017, my daughter asked to dry clean one expensive dress, they damaged completely and she complained. Terrible experience with E&R after being a customer for 15 years and never complaining about their service. They laundered instead of dry cleaned a new pair of pants that had been worn just a few times. The pants shrunk and the belt loops got torn and they were completely unwearable. After their "analysis" which took 3 months, they determined that "the pants had been laundered and that every time they had them they were dry cleaned".
