Fantastic hospital

Wait times are outrageous even for matters they consider “urgent”. Also ran 3 unnecessary and inconclusive tests before finally ordering the one that would have told us the issue to begin with. This was done after being there over 4 hrs. The nurse Alexis was unhelpful, condescending and her answer to almost every question about why and when was “I don’t know”. Left the patient on a hallway bed for over 6 hours. unprofessional, no privacy, subpar care.
Had an emergency just this week and choose to go to concord location as our last experience in WC was not favorable. Thankful we did because our experience was a lot more pleasant. My family member coming off the ambulance was immediately put into a room to be assessed. A nurse came right in to check on her. The doctor was there soon after to talk to us. Everyone from the security guards at the door to the ones checking us in were all kind and helpful. We will choose concord location from here on out if this level of care is... read more
