I had one of the worst experiences with Dr Neeta Milasinic when I was admitted on July 11th for high heart rate and high blood pressure (and I was also having major GI issues along with this). She was very dismissive with me when I told her there was something else going on that was most likely contributing to my high heart rate and BP. my first time at the ER here at John Muir has been a really good experience. they took me in right away and everyone was super nice to me. any time i had a question, i was met with a kind and honest answer. they were truly concerned about my health by giving me information i didn’t know i needed, along with referrals. i’m so grateful to have stopped by here in my time of need.
Prepare to wait hours in the waiting room with NO ONE getting called in. I was told it was not full in the back. Get back there and staff all just chatting. Next time I will go back to Walnut Creek. No one in Concord cares about the patients.
Better just to stay home and suffer.
Just a horrible experience and a waste of time. They send me home with nothing, even after my blood work came back that I had a bad infection. I guess the doctor didn’t check my lab work before discharging me or just didn’t pay attention. I ended up going to UCSF and ended up 2 days in the hospital on antibiotics, and a 13 day supply to take home.
