Got some work from ER Home Solutions years ago so we called them again for some more work. They must be under different management as once we contracted, they were much less professional. Had to send out multiple crews to get the work right AND upcharged for the work they had to fix. IF you go with ER, make sure you have it in writing and insist that any additional charges are agreed to before they just tack it on. Won't be using ER again.

My 15 year old cedar shake roof needed cleaning and preserving. E&R gave me a reasonable quote. After seeing their work on neighboring homes I decided to have them do the work. Heidi scheduled the first work, cleaning. I was very impressed. I hoped the stain/preserving would be as good. I paid extra to have a brown color stain. Heidi again scheduled. They came on time and did a great job. My roof is the envy of my community. Thank you Henry, Heidi, Andrew and crews.

Your personal data is not secure with this company - DO NOT use. Received info from the owner asking me to convert to Jesus and join the Jehovahs Witnesses. Incredibly unprofessional. Cant get the owner to stop - go use remodeling elsewhere and save yourselves from this mess.

Great company! Really down to earth. They are always willing to work with you and they really pay attention to detail! From the first time they came out to the house they were very professional. I have worked with other companies and they just want to get in and get out. E&R Home Solutions takes the time to go through the project. I definitely would recommend them.
