I cannot recommend these guys at all. I was stuck in a a situation where I needed my windows resealed and trim replaced, and shortly after the job was done the trim warped, and the window seals didn’t last do to the windows moving from the trim warping. The amount of air that comes in from the edges is worst then it was before. For what I pad them I would have been better off getting new pella window, and getting them installed by their certified installers.
These guys were great up front. When it came time to schedule the installation, Elias didn’t bother to call me. Only when I followed up with the owner did anything happen on his end. Got the install date scheduled, when that came - all I got was a no call/no show from Elias. When I got in touch with the owner, again was when I finally heard back from Elias... 5 hours later. Doesn’t seem like there’s any accountability on their end and didn’t seem to fret when I let them know I was taking my business elsewhere. Stay away
He was great and polite. Did not have any problem with the window glass replacement.
I called the owner of this company for some glass work and he was very responsive. I own a small construction company and one of my guys broke a window at a customers house. Elias came out and replaced it within 20 min. of my phone call. He made me look good and they will be getting all of my glass business from now on. Thanks a bunch
ER again did a great job, and make my bath amazing. Just as I image it.
