This was literally the most wonderful, stress free ER experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was just amazing! Right after we checked in, we were brought back immediately and I swear the whole visit was under an hour. The nurses (as well as the check in lady) were super sweet and the doctor was fun as well. They definitely turned my son’s frown upside down. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart 🥰.
I have a child who will catch a germ from a mile away, and then develop croup as a result. This hospital never fails to quickly get us back and treat our boy while taking such good care of him. I’ll drive the 45 minutes here over going to my local er every time.
We went here as my son came down with strep and his pediatrician was closed. Keep in mind we have always come here and travel from Georgia for our great experiences. Yesterday was different. They have all new staff. Before we were always treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. We sat in the urgent care all day for a rapid stress test. As someone who works in the medical field I 100% understand the delays. My issue came with when the Dr. came in to tell us about the 10 minute results he said he JUST got them in. I tho... read more

We’ve had to bring our baby twice so far and the doctors and nurses have been very kind and attentive.
