We rented from them multiple times and, after we established a business relation with them, we always had a good experience. Their tools are well maintained and their prices are decent.
Very rude staff, love making lowball offers as well.
Expensive, hidden charges, rude - we were told we would be charged on machine time and not on a full day rate. They then charged the full day rate along with a number of hidden charges. They wouldn't come to an agreement when the charge was disputed. BE WARNED.
