Thompson gas was able to recertify and fill my 30pound tank on a moments notice on a Friday afternoon after 4:00 pm. They were not trying to rush us out and were super friendly kind and professional. I’ll be filling up all of my tanks here from now. Thank you so much Thompson Gas!!!!!
Response to owner: I wish I could say I appreciate the general apology, but I don’t because it doesn’t actually address anything that happened. Your response avoids ownership, ignores the contradictions in your own documentation, and shifts the burden back onto me when I’ve already made multiple good-faith efforts to get answers and resolution. Great service and no nasty little surpises like I was getting from Amerigas.
I don't have to worry about my tank level because the guys always fill it when my level his 30%.
