Friendly and helpful customer service. I never have to wait longer than a week for delivery. Prompt and professional.

Response to owner: I wish I could say I appreciate the general apology, but I don’t because it doesn’t actually address anything that happened. Your response avoids ownership, ignores the contradictions in your own documentation, and shifts the burden back onto me when I’ve already made multiple good-faith efforts to get answers and resolution.
