Some of the best service possible to be honest. I believe it was "Mike", who not only remembered me from who knows when, but went above and beyond what was necessary. He determined I needed other work, but made certain everything was dialed in on Thompson/Eagle's end. Great guy.

Customer experience with this company seems to have gone way down since Thompson Gas has taken over Eagle Energy. When I first got going with the company I received great service they went out of their way for me. Now that I’ve been established for 2 years and call them explaining I’m really low on gas and need it. I’m told you will be fine just keep an eye on it I’m at 7% on my tank and have people with medical conditions, along with elderly living in my home.
