We live in a 50-year-old home and have had to call in a “code brown,” a couple times. Emily is always prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
We as somewhat new owners to our 90 year old house hired Emily to clean out our kitchen drain. Found out she has done alot of work on our house. It was a pleasure meeting her.
Emily is amazing!!! I didn't think she'd be able to come out as soon as she did. She was very nice and thorough. If I have any plumbing issues she will be my first call!
ER Drains have been amazing. We called with a commercial toilet that wouldn't flush despite repeated attempts with the drain snake and plunger. They were at our place within a couple hours and recommended we replace the toilet due to a recall on the pressure flushing mechanism. Price was reasonable and two days later they were back for the install. Friendly folks and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for from a local business? Thanks guys!
